Comments
Comments are not currently enabled on this website. We therefore do not collect information through public comment forms.
Should comments be enabled in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information is collected and how it is used.
Media
Visitors cannot currently upload images or other media directly to this website.
Images and other media displayed on the site may contain information supplied by their creators. We take reasonable steps not to publish images containing unnecessary embedded location information.
Contact forms and email subscriptions
When you submit a form on this website, we may collect the information entered into the form, together with limited technical information needed to deliver the submission, prevent spam, and maintain site security.
Our website uses WPForms to provide forms. Information submitted through a form may be delivered to us by email and may also be transferred to service providers we use to manage communications and ministry relationships.
When you subscribe to ministry updates, your name, email address, subscription status, and related information may be stored and processed by Mailchimp, our email communications provider. Mailchimp may also record information associated with email delivery and engagement, such as whether a message was delivered, opened, or a link was selected.
Every regular ministry email sent through Mailchimp will include a way to unsubscribe or update your communication preferences. Mailchimp processes subscriber information on behalf of its customers and provides tools for correcting, exporting, and deleting contact information.
Span and security protection
Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technology to determine whether a submission is being made by a person rather than an automated system.
These tools may process limited technical information about your browser, device, network connection, and interaction with the form for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
Donations
Donations are processed through an embedded giving service provided by Axia International and its payment-processing providers.
When you make a donation, the information you provide is transmitted to and processed by Axia and its service providers. This may include your name, contact information, donation amount, payment information, designation, and other information needed to process and document your gift.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account credentials on this website. We may receive donor contact information, gift details, and transaction records from Axia so that we can acknowledge gifts, communicate with supporters, maintain ministry records, and meet financial or administrative obligations.
Axia International transfers donor contact and giving information directly to our Mailchimp account. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, gift details, giving history, and communication status. We use this information to acknowledge gifts, maintain supporter records, and send ministry and prayer updates related to the work you are supporting.
When you provide an email address in connection with a donation, you may be added to our ministry-update mailing list as disclosed during the donation process. Every marketing or ministry-update email includes an opportunity to unsubscribe, and we will honor your communication preferences. Unsubscribing from ministry updates does not prevent us from sending necessary gift receipts, administrative notices, or other messages directly related to your donation.
Your use of the donation service is also subject to the privacy and security practices of Axia and its payment-processing providers.
Scheduling
When you choose to schedule a conversation, you may be directed to Microsoft Bookings.
Microsoft Bookings may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, appointment selection, notes, and other information you provide while scheduling. Microsoft Bookings uses this information to arrange the appointment and send confirmations, reminders, changes, or cancellation notices.
Microsoft states that Bookings may store customer contact information, appointment information, and notes within the Microsoft 365 environment used by the organization providing the booking page.
