Rapidly Advancing Disciples (RAD) – Church Planting Multiplication and Leadership Development Training Materials
RAD is a relational disciple-making and leadership development process that fuels church planting multiplication originally created for rural, semi-literate, and non-literate settings in North India. Leadership development participants gathered once a month for three days of training, followed by field-based coaching and practice throughout the rest of the month. The process began with broad disciple-making training for groups of believers and then moved into an intensive “come and be with me” model with a smaller group of emerging leaders. Through practice, oral learning, mentoring, and ministry experience, participants explored not only how to make disciples and plant churches, but also the biblical and theological foundations behind the work. Since its development, RAD materials and concepts have been translated into more than ten languages and continue to be used by missions practitioners and local partners across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Architekt – Urban Church Planting Multiplication and Leadership Development Training Materials
Architekt is an urban-focused relational disciple-making and leadership development process that fuels church planting multiplication based on the original RAD materials. Leadership development is geared around urban schedules and still included field-based coaching and practice throughout the rest of the month. The process began with broad disciple-making training for groups of believers and then moved into an intensive “come and be with me” model with a smaller group of emerging leaders. Through practice, written and oral learning, mentoring, and ministry experience, participants explored not only how to make disciples and plant churches, but also the biblical and theological foundations behind the work. The Architekt materials are still works-in-progress.
